It’s highly recommended that you have some sort of transportation. There are Uber’s but it’s not the most walkable of cities. Plus, having a car will allow you to take advantage of playing in the mountains.

Depends on whether or not someone is coming in before or after you. If the space is free then we can usually accommodate a late departure or early arrival. Just ask.

We provide a reasonable amount of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo and conditioner, blow dryer and other essentials depending on your length of stay.

Friday is trash and recycling (every other Friday) day in Bozeman. We ask that guests bring their trash and recycling out the night before to have it collected by the city. If you have any extra trash and recycling upon checkout just leave them in the garage and we’ll grab them.

Yes! Unlike most cities, things like glass and pizza boxes are not recyclable in Bozeman.

Yes, there is a blender, toaster, pots and pans, tea kettle, Keurig coffee maker, and other kitchen basics to use during your stay.

Yes, it is your choice to use other short term rental services like HomeAway/VRBO and Airbnb for our listing. The calendars are synced so availability is up to date on other tools. These service companies have a pretty significant up-charge so your best price will be to book directly from us. We do encourage heading over to those sites to check out reviews from previous guests and verify our Superhost status.

Not at all. We accept Venmo @BozemanAir for any add-on purchases. You may need to reach out directly first though to ask about availability depending on what you’re interested.

No. Smoking is strictly forbidden both inside and outside the property. Including patio areas.

We feature a number of Montana artists and their work. If you see a Venmo QR code, just scan the QR code with your smart phone and pay the artist the price listed on the art label and then you can take the art home with you. Please also message Lisa @ lisa@bozemanair.com just to give her a heads up that we’ll need to replace the art before the next guest arrives. You can also reach out with questions directly to the artist or to any of your hosts.

All properties use Spectrum internet with speeds advertised as 200 mbps – 400 mbps. We have never had a complaint about the speed of the internet even with multiple devices and smart televisions streaming. See the screen shots of the speedtest.net readings under each property page.

Yes! Each property has a smart television that is logged in with Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu. Only the cottage has full cable television, the Bungalow and Main House are streaming services only.

Yes, the Montana Main House has a 7 person hot tub off the patio with privacy curtains. Be sure to checkout the property. The Gallatin County Health Department requires that hot tubs are drained and cleaned between Guests. There is a strictly followed maintenance schedule and chemicals and testing strips on site.

The games for the Main House basketball arcade game is laminated on top of the yellow lockers. But you can also access online here.
