We put an offer on the place next door to our current rental property back in August, it was accepted, and we are eager to close. It looks like the landscaping isn’t going to get in before the snow but we’re crossing our fingers that it warms up enough to pour the concrete. It should hit the vacation rental page by January of 2021. We’re looking forward to an extended backyard and some shared amenities like a 6-seater fire pit with string lights.
